Vance and his brothers, Vinnie and Victor, have an estimated date of birth of mid to late August xxxx. Transferred to ACS from a rural county shelter when they were only a couple of months old, the siblings were terribly shy at first. As they settled in, however, their playful and super affectionate personalities began to peek through. Vance, especially, is quite the character and usually the first of the three to run up and greet visitors. You can often find him sitting in front of the door to their room peering out watching all the goings on at the shelter. Or maybe he wants to make sure that his Special Person knows he's in there waiting for them to come and take him home!
