Sylvester is a big, beautiful, blue-gray fella that was found as a stray in November xxxx. Fortunately for him, when an owner couldn't be located the lady who found him took him in and fostered him until we had an open spot for him. Although Sylvester is a large cat, he's just a big baby. He lets the much younger and smaller cats in the room boss him around and he usually spends his time cuddled up in one of the cubicles or beds in the Chiles Cat Room where he seems to think he is invisible. We point this out because we don't want you to overlook this gorgeous guy when you visit the Chiles Cat Room. Sylvester's foster home had younger children and a dog and he did well with both but we're sure he wouldn't mind being the sole object of your affection!
