Vinnie and his brothers, Vance and Victor, have an estimated date of birth of mid to late August xxxx. All three siblings were suffering from an upper respiratory infection when they arrived at ACS from a rural county shelter but, with a lot of TLC. are all now doing nicely. Vinnie's rough and scary start in life has left him smaller than his brothers but he's big on personality. Vinnie will squeak out a very quiet little 'meow' when he wants you to notice him which is pretty much all the time. Terribly shy when he first arrived at the shelter, Vinnie is really coming out of his shell and is becoming quite friendly.
